Vision (edit and revise)
The design and brand division of JADE is a collection of graphic designs, product designs, and business concepts. Our goal is to design, develop, license, and manage these various properties. Johnson Properties wants to build unique and innovative properties that attract buisness and manufacturers for licensing, partnerships, and joint venture deals.

Our purpose is to create properties that are from the design realm. In other words, what is created in this division, starts with a design or a concept that can enhance or change the way people live or interact.

Johnson's’ Serious Graphics was founded in 1993 by Ronny H. Johnson originally as a design service company. The work was diverse, including but not limited to: product packaging design, ads, posters, logos, murals, stationary, illustrations, portraits, and commercial art.

Today, Serious Graphics is the graphic design division of Johnson Industries. We create and license graphic art and designs. Currently I have design over 200 designs for license. Most of the designs are grouped in design series, sets, or collections centered on a theme.

Project Phases

Consultation: Meet with clients to gather project information and define concept
Scope of work: Develop scope based on mediums, delivery procedures, scheduling, budget, and quality
Design Development: Initial design schematic sketches of project and design service process
Presentations of Drawings and Specifications: Present designs in detail

Structure

Copyright retainment: All work to be sold or licensed created by JADE and it's subsidiaries is protected by US copyright laws

Work for Hire: All work for hire to be sold as tangible goods will include a retainer fee and royalty

Design Services fee structure: Consulting, Development, and Final design

All fees are billed hourly unless otherwise negotiated.
